This rosé is made of 90% Chardonnay from the Côtes de Blancs and 10% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, from Vezernay. The combination of these two varieties gives birth to a rosé fresh and light, dressed subtly with a tinge of deep pink. It is straightforward with delicacy and brightness that play together with the aromas of raspberry and strawberry.
This cuvee is a blend of 70% Chardonnay Grand Cru d’Avize and 30% Pinot Noir Grand Cru de Verzenay. This cuvée expresses a lively wine with aromas reminiscent of yellow fruits such as peach and apricot. It unites the finesse of Chardonnay with its background of floral and fruity notes to the swiftly opulent presence of Pinot Noir, whilst maintaining its delicacy. The finish is straightforward and pure.
Rewarded by the specialized Journal, Véronique and Richard are finalists in the Outstanding Young Talents of Champagne for Ambrosia.
This 100% chardonnay presents a pretty nose and its bubbles provide delicate effervescence. It is a pure wine, fine and clean with loveliness in texture and well poised. The Chardonnay is expressed through notes of white flowers, lightness and an essence of spring; one detects white fruit like the firm flesh of crisp pear. It is a beautiful translation of Chardonnay and of Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs from which it derives.
Nuit Blanche was awarded a silver medal at the Chardonnay du Monde. It is part of the Coups de Cœur du Guide Véron des Champagnes 2014 edition.
